Job Description
- Perform information security audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with healthcare regulations and security frameworks
- Test and validate security controls to ensure effectiveness and identify gaps or vulnerabilities
- Support enterprise risk assessments and remediation planning efforts
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to review controls, document findings, and recommend improvements
- Assist in maintaining compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and related federal and state regulations
- Contribute to audit documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of security and compliance processes

- 3+ years of experience in information security auditing
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related fields.
- Positive and collaborative spirit- with some team lead exposure
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, HCISPP, or HITRUST CCSFP
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, and NIST SP 800-53 or HITRUST CSF frameworks.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and security control testing.
