ADP Workforce Payroll Administrator

We are looking for an incredibly talented person that must have at least 5 years of ADP Workforce Now to join our payroll team.

This opportunity is to work with a team of very experienced Payroll Administrators and have great relationships with our clients which are in 48 states and 4 countries. We have a 98% client retention because we get the opportunity to build those relationships and work on a variety of different payrolls so you are never board.

Payroll Administrator (also seeking Payroll Specialists to support our Administrators):

• Administer full Cycle payroll processing in a multiple client, multiple state environment (from data entry through full gross to net processing and end of cycle reporting)
• Extensive QA and auditing to ensure accuracy. The quality of our people and processing is a key to differentiating us from other providers
• Acting as single point of contact for all client payroll related inquiries (e.g. wage verifications, garnishments, taxes, vacation accruals, reports, etc.)

• A proven history of tenure, consistency and attendance. We are looking for long term team members to grow into future roles
• Schedule flexibility (we serve clients in all time zones, so you can pick a core shift, but sometimes we need to flex around that)
• Hands on experience with ADP Workforce Now is absolutely necessary.
• Demonstrated understanding of payroll administration and payroll taxes
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel and Word Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $27.00 /hour

$600.00 a month reimbursement for health insurance (This adds $9,600 annually in total gross compensation) 401(k), PTO and professional development reimbursement.
