Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team for a full‑time opportunity. The Senior Compensation Consultant serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, facilitating discussions to identify and implement compensation solutions aligned with organizational goals. This role leads system‑wide projects focused on compensation strategy, provides expert guidance to team members, and ensures compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
The consultant will perform complex salary benchmarking analyses, including executive, physician, and advanced practice provider (APP) programs, and deliver actionable insights to support competitive and equitable pay practices.

- Minimum of 2‑3 years in compensation analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to influence and navigate discussions at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP – Certified Compensation Professional).
- Experience with executive and physician compensation programs.
- Familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.
