We’re looking for a motivated Transportation Talent Recruiter to join our growing team in Clearwater, FL. In this vital position, you'll drive the growth of our fleet by recruiting and engaging qualified drivers who will support and strengthen our day-to-day operations.

- Drive Outreach Campaigns – Manage job postings, career fairs, community outreach, and online marketing efforts
- Engage with Candidates – Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly while delivering an excellent candidate experience
- Lead Orientations – Host information sessions and onboarding orientations to prepare new drivers for success
- Manage the Hiring Process – Oversee application intake, background checks, contracts, and vehicle assignments
- Maintain Accurate Records – Use applicant tracking systems to track progress and generate hiring reports
- Support Driver Retention – Work closely with the Retention Manager to ensure ongoing driver engagement
- Promote Team Culture – Foster strong relationships with drivers and internal departments to maintain a collaborative workplace
- Adapt and Assist – Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management
- Experience Preferred – Background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales is a plus
- Positive Mindset – Motivated, proactive, and ready to tackle challenges
- Results-Driven – Focused on meeting goals and driving growth
- Detail-Oriented – Reliable with excellent organizational skills
