Job Details- Compensation: $10.98 per hour base + $7–12 per hour in tips.
- Work Schedule: AM/PM shifts.

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles promptly and safely, assisting guests with luggage, and delivering and picking up guest luggage during arrival and departure.
Essential Functions- Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Greets guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor and uses guests’ last names during interactions.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously; assists guests with bell services and luggage storage as needed.
- Assists guests with directions, taxis, reservations and other inquiries; provides guests with information about outlets, meeting rooms and/or amenities of the facility as well as main attractions in the area.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival; issues claim checks only after collecting keys and performs accurate ticket information.
- Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure / Certification: Valid driver’s license for the state applying.
- Work Experience: One month related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and write standard English.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
- Basic arithmetic and understanding of 24‑hour and military time systems.
- Manual transmission operation desirable; parallel parking proficiency desirable.
Job is fairly routine. Duties are performed with specific directions given and work is checked or verified on a frequent basis. Decisions are made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines.
Physical Demands & Working ConditionsRegularly required to talk or hear; frequently required to sit or stand for extended periods and may be required to run, walk, handle or feel objects, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally, up to 50 lbs frequently, up to 20 lbs constantly. Majority of work performed outdoors; exposed to extreme heat and cold weather.
Travel up to 5% may be required.
