As the Bell Captain, you will lead a team of dedicated bell persons, setting the standard for impeccable service and attention to detail. Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of bell persons, fostering a culture of exceptional service and professionalism.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
  • Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
  • Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
  • Familiar with local area and attractions.
  • One-year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.
  • No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
