Job SummaryAs a Valet Attendant, you will deliver first-class customer service to guests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Responsibilities include assisting arriving and departing guests by opening and closing doors, parking and securing vehicles, unloading luggage, retrieving vehicles promptly, and providing a friendly welcome to hotel guests.
Are You The Right Fit For This Role?- You will be working outside in all kinds of weather as parking continues regardless of rain, snow, heat, or cold.
- You must love physical activity, as you will lift up to 50 lbs while handling luggage.
- You will run, stand for long periods, and ascend/descend stairs within parking garages.
- You need to be personable and comfortable talking with guests during the valet check-in process; providing excellent guest service is essential.
- We provide paid training, Forbes-standard training, and continuous on-the-job training to enhance your skills.
- Later, you can grow into a supervisor or an operations manager through our Crescendo Training Program.
- Our company is growing rapidly, offering advancement opportunities locally and nationwide.
- Valets start part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time supervisory roles.
- You will be assigned an initial schedule to meet property needs, aiming for busier times to maximize tips and efficiency.
- You must be available to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliability are essential.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a Valet parking attendant, preferred
- Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle, preferred
- Proficiency in English; verbal and written
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Driver's License and 3 years of driving experience
- Ability to complete and pass pre-employment background, drug, and MVR screening
- Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation; full range of motion including standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing, balancing, and crouching
- Ability to stand for long periods and occasional running
- Ability to run up and down multiple levels of stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
