- Schedule Management:
Helps create and update medical assistant schedules in the EMR/workforce system to support proper clinic coverage and provider support. - Staffing Support:
Works with clinic leaders to understand schedule needs, team availability, and any coverage gaps that may impact patient care. - Monitoring & Reporting:
Tracks daily staffing levels and basic productivity metrics, sharing simple reports and updates with leadership as needed. - Schedule Adjustments:
Processes schedule change requests, time-off requests, and shift updates while communicating any changes to clinic teams. - Team Coordination:
Assists with planning for meetings, trainings, and staffing needs to ensure minimal disruption to clinic operations. - Compliance & Accuracy:
Reviews schedules for accuracy and follows Evara Health, HIPAA, and organizational guidelines when managing staff information.

- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
- 3 years of scheduling experience preferred.
- Experience with WFM software and EPI (Aspect, IEX, Genesys, etc.), preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated computer and software skills required.
