What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients once a medical device is prescribed
  • Proactively reach out to patients to explain the device, its clinical benefits, and next steps
  • Build rapport through empathetic, persuasive conversations
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and re-engagement outreach
  • Assist patients with insurance verification, billing questions, and prior authorizations
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, billing, clinical, and customer service teams
  • Educate patients on proper device use and the importance of treatment adherence
  • Document all interactions accurately in CRM/EMR systems
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to outreach, conversions, and patient satisfaction
  • De-escalate calls professionally and enhance the overall patient experience
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing role(healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Confident communicator who can convert hesitant patients
  • Comfortable with cold calling, objections, and performance metrics
  • Ability to explain complex information in clear, patient-friendly language
  • Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
  • Experience with insurance or billing questions is a strong plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM/EMR platforms
  • Thrive in a goal-driven, metrics-based culture
