The RoleWe are looking for a professional Sales Advocate who views wellness through a clinical and results-driven lens. At Restore, we don t just provide services; we provide solutions. You will be responsible for assessing client needs and delivering prescriptive recommendations for comprehensive wellness plans. You must be comfortable leading high-level consultations and confidently advocating for membership-based commitments, as these provide the consistency required for clients to see real health transformations.
YourMission
- Prescriptive Selling:
Conduct deep-dive consultations to identify client pain points and recommend specific wellness protocols best supported by membership. - Drive Revenue:
Proactively convert leads and studio tours into long-term members by making well-informed, authoritative recommendations. - Manage Studio Flow:
Act as the central operational hub, ensuring seamless client onboarding, scheduling, and personalized plan management. - Exceed Targets:
Hit sales and renewal benchmarks through disciplined outreach, client engagement, and marketing lead outreach.
- Sales Expert: 3+ years of proven sales experience. You must be comfortable making direct recommendations to clients and advocating for them to invest in their wellness.
- Professional Outlook: A polished, high-energy demeanor with the ability to discuss science-backed therapies confidently.
- Industry Passion:
You live the wellness lifestyle personally and can speak from experience about the benefits of a consistent health regimen. - High Standards/Growth Mindset:
Track record of setting and achieving sales goals. Exceptional multitasking skills and proficiency with client management technology. - Willingness to work some weekends
