Description
JOB PURPOSEThe Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is vital in fostering a welcoming, safe, and responsive environment that enhances the quality of life for residents in an assisted living community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Greet residents, visitors, and staff warmly and professionally
- Manage front desk operations including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls appropriately
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols
- Assist residents with requests such as transportation scheduling, appointment reminders, and general information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely service delivery (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping, dining)
- Support event coordination and community programming as needed
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and in accordance with facility protocols
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREDMinimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, or healthcare
