Summary: The Screening Assistant is responsible for managing the flow of the health screening registration process at events under the direction of the on-site coordinator. This includes the registration of participants, maintenance of event rosters, and the filing of completed health screening forms. The Screening Assistant assists with the setup and breakdown of each health screening event, ensuring a smooth and efficient process, and performs other duties as assigned.
Travel: This position requires AHCA Level 2 background clearance and requires travel within the home base county as well as to sister counties with your own reliable transportation.
Responsibilities- Manage the flow of health screening registration at events under the direction of the on-site coordinator
- Register participants and maintain event rosters
- File completed health screening forms and assist with event setup and breakdown
- Support a smooth and efficient screening process
- Perform other duties as assigned
