Monday/Wednesday 8 am‑6 pm;
Tuesday 7 am‑12 pm;
Thursday 7 am‑5 pm;
Friday 7 am‑4 pm

Compensation: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy center in Clearwater, we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. As a Patient Service Specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center, ensuring each patient feels supported from the moment they arrive to the time they leave the waiting room.

• Greet patients, register them, and explain what to expect during their visit and upon check‑out.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and over the phone.
• Communicate regularly with attorneys, insurance companies, translation providers, market operational leaders, and the business development team.
• Collect co‑pays, manage payer approvals, and perform insurance authorizations and verifications.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of front‑desk experience.

• 1 year of medical office experience.
