About This Role

• Manage patient assistance programs:
  Complete applications and support patients in accessing financial or medication assistance resources.
• Patient communication and outreach:
  Proactively contact patients to provide updates, answer questions, and ensure continuity of care.
• Coordinate medication logistics:
  Oversee prescription refills, deliveries, and timely access to medications for patients.
• Compliance & Record Keeping:
  Ensure regulatory compliance through accurate documentation, proper record archiving and daily/monthly reporting.
• Professionalism & Training:
  Maintain active Pharmacy Technician License, support technician student training, stay informed on industry updates, and contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB), preferred
• Completion of a Florida approved pharmacy technician program

• State of Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration, required
