Pay Range: $15–$18 per hour

Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate, one‑on‑one care in patients’ homes.
- Build meaningful relationships with those you serve.
- Support individuals with chronic conditions or disabilities, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
- Work independently with flexible scheduling that fits your life.
- Provide gentle, hands‑on care with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support mobility and safety, assisting with transfers and positioning.
- Observe and report changes in health or mood to guide care.
- Create a warm, welcoming environment where healing and comfort coexist.
- Document care thoughtfully, capturing the patient’s story with accuracy and compassion.
- Communicate with heart, working closely with care teams to meet every patient’s needs with dignity and grace.
- Honor independence, managing your own schedule while delivering consistent, reliable care.
- Live the mission, serving former energy workers with gratitude and respect, preserving their legacy.
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home health or elder care).
- Compassionate and patient‑centered mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
- Commitment to honoring the legacy of former energy workers through respectful, high‑quality care.
