Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver compassionate, one‑on‑one care in patients’ homes.
  • Build meaningful relationships with those you serve.
  • Support individuals with chronic conditions or disabilities, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
  • Work independently with flexible scheduling that fits your life.
  • Provide gentle, hands‑on care with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support mobility and safety, assisting with transfers and positioning.
  • Observe and report changes in health or mood to guide care.
  • Create a warm, welcoming environment where healing and comfort coexist.
  • Document care thoughtfully, capturing the patient’s story with accuracy and compassion.
  • Communicate with heart, working closely with care teams to meet every patient’s needs with dignity and grace.
  • Honor independence, managing your own schedule while delivering consistent, reliable care.
  • Live the mission, serving former energy workers with gratitude and respect, preserving their legacy.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home health or elder care).
  • Compassionate and patient‑centered mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable and self‑motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
  • Commitment to honoring the legacy of former energy workers through respectful, high‑quality care.
