About the Role:

Join Assisting Hands - Pasco as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a difference in the lives of our clients in Clearwater, Largo, and Pinellas. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide exceptional in-home care while working in a supportive environment.

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Administer medication and monitor client health as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
• Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
• Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
• Follow care plans and ensure clients’ needs are met with dignity and respect.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.

• Valid HHA or CNA certification in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients.
• Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to clients' homes.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
