The Role You ll Play to Create Success
We are thrilled to announce a full-time and onsite Benefits Pricing Analyst position filled with many exciting opportunities! This role contributes to the mission of Frank Crum by performing the functions of health underwriting support for the purposes of benefits pricing.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business or related field. Two (2) to Five (5) years of experience in benefits pricing, underwriting, insurance analytics, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling). Experience working with health insurance carriers, PEOs, brokers, or general agencies. Ability to analyze complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
