- Oversee the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution of all location-level financial activity
- Direct the preparation and review of financial reports, including GAAP-compliant statements, forecast/pro forma analyses, and management dashboards for internal and client use
- Analyze financial results and research fluctuations or discrepancies within reports to identify underlying causes
- Conduct internal review and audit procedures to evaluate adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards, including detailed testing of ledger activity, account reconciliations, balance sheets, income statements, and supporting documentation
- Evaluate financial systems and internal control environments across locations; recommend and implement process improvements where deficiencies are identified
- Participate in candidate evaluation and interviews for Finance leadership roles
- Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for newly appointed Finance Managers
