Integration and Test Engineer

About the Role

This role provides hands-on test engineering support for production program teams, focusing on electronic circuit card assemblies (CCAs). The position involves developing test processes, creating detailed procedures, troubleshooting test failures, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within production work cells. You will work closely with technicians and cross-functional teams to ensure test accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop test process plans and define test sequences for electronic products and CCAs
• Specify required tools, fixtures, instruments, hardware, software, and test chambers
• Create detailed test procedures including diagrams, narrative steps, and photographs
• Generate troubleshooting guides for root-cause analysis of test failures
• Analyze defect data and recommend corrective actions
• Support change management activities within production programs
• Provide daily engineering support to technicians on test issues and product performance
• Troubleshoot and improve test processes, fixtures, and related hardware/software
• Design and debug test fixtures for connecting testers with products
• Review schematics, parts lists, test documents, and drawings to determine testing methods

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field OR equivalent experience in CCA test and circuit troubleshooting
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze Power, RF, Digital, and Analog test documents
• Hands-on experience developing detailed test procedures
• Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot electronic test fixtures
• Electronics circuit card troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of RF, analog, digital, and power electronics

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of CCA design and test experience across multiple technologies
• Experience with automated test platforms such as National Instruments, Autotest, NHR
• Experience with Teradyne Spectrum 9100, L321
• Software development exposure in test automation languages
• Prior experience in high-reliability electronics environments
