Great role for an Entry-Level Engineer
Participate in new product development, work with a team to develop a capable manufacturing process for new product designs in preparation for regulatory submissions and transfer to manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Provide engineering and product development support to new and existing medical device products such as IOLS and injectors
- Design and execute methods/processes and DOE studies to improve process performance and reliability. Analyze and report data using robust statistical techniques
- Interface with various functions, gather requirements, author and execute protocols
- Author high quality technical reports with sound scientific/engineering rationale and conclusions
- Use Solid Works to design and develop manufacturing fixtures, assembly tools, and inspection aids to be used in the manufacturing process
- Participate in project team meetings and provide verbal and written updates
- Generate design control documentation in support of new product development
- Coordinate, train, and oversee sample builds
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering—Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical
