Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems and components.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and analyze technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement electrical engineering strategies and best practices
  • Manage project budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in technical disciplines such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
  • 6 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex electrical engineering projects
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards.
  • Proficiency in electrical design software and tools such as Mathcad, Mentor Graphics and LTSpice.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with electrical system testing and validation methodologies.
