Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for production or aftermarket repair services, focusing on electronic and electro‑mechanical systems.
- Set up and operate test equipment to test complex equipment using established procedures, schematics, and relevant documentation, which may include vibration and thermal cycle testing.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment by utilizing schematics and in‑depth knowledge of the assigned technology, systems, and components.
- Test, calibrate, adjust, and maintain measuring and indicating instruments to ensure they meet set standards.
- Perform repair and overhaul services for assigned technology.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned, with the authority to execute all assigned tasks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Possess a 2‑year technical degree/certificate in a related discipline, equivalent military education/training, or at least 2 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years of related job experience.
- Proficient in reading and understanding technical information and instructions, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of lifting/moving materials up to 35 pounds, working with hazardous materials, and working overtime as required.
- Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions.
- At least 3 years of related job experience.
- Experience working in a team‑oriented environment.
