Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative, you will perform a full range of customer service activities such as, but not limited to, answering inbound calls, processing policy payments & endorsements, as well as obtaining necessary information so we can best serve our clients.
- Professional training and development are provided to ensure your success.
- Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm
- We will help get the right candidate licensed within the first 90 days of employment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to all inbound customer calls, faxes, and written correspondence
- Build rapport and trust with each client and actively listen to their requests and inquiries
- Confirm accuracy and currency of data in our client management system
- Re-shop current clients who inquire about renewals or rate increases
- Proactively identify and inform the writing agent and policy holder of any UW memos
- Process payments & Endorsements
- Manage and utilize time effectively to ensure department meets required service levels for improved customer satisfaction results
- Track policy expirations for existing clients and work proactively to ensure appropriate actions are taken to facilitate renewals or re-write a policy
- Assist in managing the agency’s book of business and ensuring that no liability associated with errors and omissions occur
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree in a related field (RMI) preferred
- Active FL 440 license is a minimum requirement (2044 or 220 are acceptable)
- Previous working experience in an agency environment a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Experience with EZLynx is ideal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent work history a must
Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
Subsidized Health Insurance with eligibility the first of the month following 60 days of service

PTO available with cashout option after the completion of 1 year of service

401(K) eligibility after the completion of 60 days of service. A company match is provided up to 3% of the associate’s contribution. Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
10% vested after the completion of 1 year of service
100% vested after the completion of 2 years of service
