Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists.
  • Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications.

Education
  • Required:

    High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred:
    Associate – Related Field
Experience
  • Required:

    Customer Service experience – 6 years / Contact Center or Medical Concierge – 2 years / Supervisory Role – 1 year
  • Preferred: 1 year NICE Suite
Specific Skills
  • Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
  • Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects.
  • Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment.
  • Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
