- Responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of Customer Communication's Specialists.
- Support projects, programs and activities to support the strategic plans and goals of the Customer Communications Department, in collaboration with the Supervisor, Customer Communications.

High School Diploma or Equivalent - Preferred:
Associate – Related Field
- Required:
Customer Service experience – 6 years / Contact Center or Medical Concierge – 2 years / Supervisory Role – 1 year - Preferred: 1 year NICE Suite
- Must be detail oriented and flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams.
- Strong organizational, writing and research skills a must.
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Must be comfortable using different technologies/tools to provide data analysis and reporting for assigned projects.
- Required specific skills include: self-motivated team-player with demonstrable success in a high stress, fast paced work environment.
- Must be available for on-call coverage in a 24/7 environment to ensure staffing needs are consistently met.
