Position Summary
As a Business Development Manager at Chargebacks
911, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll be responsible for developing relationships with eCommerce merchants, SaaS providers, and enterprise partners, helping them understand the value of our chargeback prevention and management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through research, outbound outreach, and attending industry events or webinars.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to educate prospects on Chargebacks
911's solutions and how they align with their business needs. - Develop tailored proposals and pricing to address client pain points, maximize ROI, and close deals.
- Negotiate and close contracts with a focus on long-term value and relationship-building.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Client Success to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
- Track pipeline activity and performance metrics in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay informed on chargeback trends, regulations (e.g., Visa/Mastercard rule changes), and competitors to position Chargebacks
911 as a trusted advisor.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in payments, Fin Tech, eCommerce, or SaaS
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing full sales cycles from lead to close
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to merchants, PSPs, or acquiring banks
- Familiarity with chargeback prevention, fraud management, or payments processing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
