Our client, a reputable organization in the property management industry, is seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support staff, assisting with daily operations across two properties in the Pinellas area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Location: Clearwater, FL
Pay Range: $20
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
What's the Job?Manage incoming phone calls and greet residents professionally and courteously
Support new home sales processes and coordinate related activities
Send out guest cards and handle resident inquiries and complaints effectively
Assist with administrative tasks using Google Docs and Google Sheets
Utilize Zoom for virtual meetings and communication
Basic experience in administrative support or customer service roles (0 years required)
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Zoom
Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to a business casual dress code
