Note:
This is a PRN position
- Provides essential operational and clerical assistance to the Talent Acquisition department to ensure a smooth, efficient hiring process.
- This position supports recruiters by managing administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, preparing correspondence, and assisting with applicant tracking system workflows.
- The role may also conduct basic phone screens using standardized questions to assess availability and general qualifications before routing candidates to the appropriate recruiter.
- This position helps keep the recruiting function organized, responsive, and candidate friendly, allowing recruiters to focus on strategic, high touch hiring activities.
Minimum Qualifications: Education:
High school diploma or equivalent GED;
Preferred: Associate degree.
RequiredExperience: Administrative Support, HR, or Customer Service oriented roles.
Other Requirements- Strong organizational skills with accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
- Comfort speaking with candidates by phone using defined scripts and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with TA processes, documentation standards, and employment policies.
