Construction Project Coordinator
Location:
Clearwater, FL
Duration:
March 16 - September 30 (Temporary Assignment)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (Occasional weekends required)
Pay Rate: $21-$25 per hour (based on experience)
Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our Site Superintendent on active construction sites in Clearwater. This temporary role plays a key part in keeping projects running smoothly by providing administrative and project coordination assistance in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
The position is based primarily in an office trailer located at the job site.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and project coordination support to the Site Superintendent
Manage and maintain project schedules and calendars
Prepare, organize, and distribute reports and project documentation
Take detailed and accurate meeting notes and track action items
Assist with project planning and proactively anticipate upcoming project needs
Maintain organized files (digital and physical)
Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Support day-to-day onsite operational needs
QualificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced construction environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Previous construction administration or project coordination experience required
Ability to work onsite in an office trailer setting
Requirements
Must be available to work 40 hours per week from March 16 through September 30
Must have at least 1 year of recent administrative experience
Occasional weekend availability required
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Work EnvironmentThis role operates primarily onsite in a construction office trailer environment. The position may require occasional visits around the active job site.
