- Administrative Support.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings, coordinating calendars for attorneys and clients.
- Prepare and organize case files, ensuring documents are accurate and accessible.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist with billing and invoicing, ensuring transparency with our flat-fee model.
- Greet clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and supportive office environment.
- Communicate with clients to gather initial information and provide updates under attorney or paralegal guidance.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth workflow for the team.
- Support document preparation, such as formatting letters or basic forms, under supervision.
- Who you are
- High school diploma or equivalent;
Associate’s degree in Legal Studies, Administration, or related field preferred. - 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role, preferably in a law firm.
- Basic knowledge of legal processes, with willingness to learn probate and estate planning procedures.
- Experience interacting with clients in professional or customer service settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Must speak English. Must have solid written and verbal communication skills, the ability to pay attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Physical Requirements and Benefits- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk (6 to 8 hours a day).
- Utilizing a computer for extended periods at a time.
- Occasional lifting of files or materials up to 20 lbs.
- Compensation: $17 per hour.
- PTO and sick days after 90 days.
