What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Maintain existing content and support new content in Share Point
  • Plan internal meetings, including hotel bookings, meal catering, and attendee coordination
  • Schedule and manage national virtual meetings using Zoom
  • Provide administrative support to the Cyber Risk Practice, including tracking project deliverables and timelines
  • Coordinate communications and maintain Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites for the Cyber team
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and Power Point
  • Strong problem‑solving and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for professional content and presentations
  • Basic understanding of cyber insurance principles
