• 3 years of accounting experience (Grants accounting, regulatory reporting, account reconciliation)
• Bachelor of Accounting
• Ability to use MS applications (Teams, outlook, excel)

Insight Global is looking for a Financial Analyst II to join their team for a full-time opportunity. This candidate will be supporting the behavioral health and grants accounting operations on a system‑wide basis. This role is highly accounting‑focused and plays a key part in managing grant‑funded programs, regulatory reporting, and monthly financial close activities. The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong accounting foundation, values mentorship, and is looking for a long‑term role with growth potential.

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the monthly close process
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support monthly financial reporting
  , including variance analysis and forecasting
• Assist with regulatory reporting for federal, state, and local grants
• Support accounting and reporting for HUD‑related entities
• Participate in grants accounting
  , including compliance and audit support
• Assist with clinical research accounting activities as needed
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support continuous process improvement within accounting and reporting workflows
