Staff Accountant

Overview

Our client is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team!

• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile bank account activity daily, verifying deposits, managing customer accounts and communicating with internal business partners.
• Prepare and post journal entries to record transactions.
• Complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and assigned tasks.
• Financial statement preparation and consolidation experience (Balance Sheet, Income Statement & Cash Flow)
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and support audit requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the financial budgeting, forecasting, and projection processes.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
• Take part in internal and operational training programs to support ongoing professional development and ensure alignment with industry best practices.

• A Bachelor s degree in accounting, as well as solid knowledge of accounting and generally accepted accounting principles
• 0-2 years of experience including general accounting, month-end close, account analysis, consolidation, and financial reporting

• Pay:
  We negotiate high salaries using US Bureau of Labor Statistics
