We're seeking a highly motivated & intellectually curious Staff Accountant to join the finance team. This role supports key financial processes, contributes to month-end close, and partners with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Streamline accounts payable & receivable processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Own portions of the month-end close, including journal entries & reconciliations.
• Cultivate strong vendor & customer relationships.
• Maintain and update fixed asset schedules.
• Assist with audit preparation & financial reporting for both internal & external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization & automation efforts.
• Work on special projects with exposure to senior leadership & cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP & financial reporting principles.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, month end close, journal entries, reconciliations, & AP/AR.
• Proficiency in Excel & familiarity with accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with ITAR products & related data without restriction.

Experience with manufacturing ERPs (Epicor, Dynamics, SAP), fixed assets/ inventory accounting.
