• Provide expert nursing care in the OR, including preoperative assessments, sterile setup, instrument handling, and adherence to universal precautions.
• Assist in all phases of the surgical procedure as a circulating and/or scrub nurse, maintaining instrument counts, hemodynamic monitoring, and meticulous documentation.
