RN II, Emergency Department – Full Time, Nights
Hiring Incentive:
Up to $20,000. Relocation Bonus up to $5,000.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN II) for our Emergency Department, working full‑time night shifts. The role involves providing acute, critical care to patients of all ages, documenting and monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Organizational Requirements- All associates must receive required vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions possible.

- Provide age‑appropriate nursing care for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
- Perform heads‑to‑toe assessments, re‑assessments, and monitor hemodynamic status.
- Administer medications and IV fluids accurately based on patient condition.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation including histories, treatments, responses, and changes.
- Monitor patient status, interpret results, and interact with physicians, pharmacists, and other team members.
- Perform patient transfers, lifts, and other physical tasks as required, including a pull‑lift of up to 50 lbs.
- Honor charge nurse and professional behavior expectations.
- Perform other duties and innovations as assigned.
- At least one year RN experience within the past 24 months and acute critical experience within the past 12 months, or EMT and ED Tech with minimum 2 years experience.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
- Current RN license in California.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification; MICN desired to be completed within one year of hire.
- Additional certifications (MRN, TNCC, CEN) encouraged.
- Basic computer skills.
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, standing, walking inclines or declines, and repetitive hand motions.
- Occasional patient transfer, pull‑lift of 50 lbs from floor.
- Exposure to blood/body fluids – Category 1; protective measures required.
- Use of cell phone and general office equipment.
- Compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
