Shift:
5x8s - Day Shift - Mon-Fri - 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.
* Sometime can pickup shifts on weekend if available and the traveler wants.*
Work Experience:
Must have HCHB experience and OASIS experience for home health care.
2 years experience ideal.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
License:
Physical Therapy licensure in applicable states of practice:

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Life Support (HS-BLS) or RQIBLS or Heartsaver CPR (CPR):
