Position: HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT)-Direct Hire Authority

The primary purpose of this position is to design comprehensive workforce planning, learning and development programs and provide oversight for existing and emerging development programs and other career development programs. It analyzes and interprets workforce courses and developmental activity evaluations and provides a plan of action to improve the process.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning and development initiatives.

• Oversee current and emerging development programs.

• Analyze evaluation data and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
