Position: OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ANALYST- DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Management Operations Analyst and advisor for upper management on various effectiveness of organizational support and objectives.

Duties
  • DUTY 1:
    Prepares consolidated management reports, decisions, recommendations and analysis submitted by review teams, groups and or specialists in the assurance of the policies, procedures, and processes.
  • DUTY 2:
    Actively participates in management operations functions and performs special assignments related to the organization.
  • DUTY 3:
    Provides recommendations to senior management officials and procedures that will be implemented across the organization in a variety of areas.
  • DUTY 4:
    Maintains a continuous liaison with other organizations: AFLCMC, AFMC, MAJCOMs, HQ USAF, and geographically separated organiatins and their installations.

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Incumbent may be required to report to work during base exercises, contingencies, or emergency situations and overtime/comp time/credit hours may be required to accomplish assigned duties.
