Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing Vendor-Managed Inventory functions, including the replenishment of customer inventory, implementation and organization of material storage systems, and delivering professional, service-focused support. This role ensures that customer inventory needs are met accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and customer satisfaction.

• Gather customer orders using barcode scanning, vending systems, and other approved methods
• Replenish inventory at customer locations through bin stocking, vending machine restocking, and related tasks
• Maintain stocking locations to ensure they are clean, organized, and properly labeled
• Obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with outside sales representatives to ensure customer needs are met effectively
• Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure proper order processing and adherence to inventory procedures

• Previous warehouse experience in a distribution or logistics setting
• Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers

• Work may be performed while sitting or standing and may take place in both office and industrial environments, depending on customer sites and equipment locations. The role may involve lifting and transporting equipment, including loading and unloading items from a delivery or personal vehicle.
