Summary:
Pritchard All Four, part of the Pritchard Companies family, has been serving businesses for decades with reliable rental, leasing, and fleet solutions. Assist with finance and lease sales and documentation for commercial and business vehicle leases. It plays a key role in delivering a seamless, customer-focused leasing experience.
Reporting Structure:
Reports to Director of Fleet Services
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of loan/lease packages in compliance with policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and information from commercial customers within designated time frames.
- Communicate with staff, customers/clients, financial partners, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve problems and obtain additional documents needed to complete the file.
- Submit commercial credit applications to various financial partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and customer service standards.
- Assist in selling, administering and managing in-house lease portfolios.
- Develop relationships across the business to be a trusted resource and problem solver on financial lease issues.
- Assist with additional projects, tasks and analysis to help support decisions, resolve issues or support other business needs

Ideal
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loan/lease processing.
- Ability to identify and resolve or escalate complex problems with minimal guidance.
- Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan/lease documentation and preparation.
- Ability to master the financial partners documentation software.
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, professional environment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance and insurance processing preferred.
