We are hiring Caregivers/HHA/PCAs to work one-on-one with our in-home patients in Englewood, OH and the surrounding area.

The Home and Community Bases Services Aide provides support and assistance with personal hygiene and household functions to help an individual remain in their own home.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing (in bed, tub, or shower); hair care; dental care (including denture care); nail care; skin care (peri care and lotion application); and transfers from bed to chair or wheelchair.
• Transfer clients on and off bedpan, commode, and toilet.
• Report observations of the client’s condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
• Drive safely, obey traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required.
• Assist with essential household tasks directly related to the client’s personal care.

• Six months experience in home care preferred.
• Successful completion of a competency evaluation.

• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet patients’ identified needs.
• Capability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
