Inside Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our team full-time and on-site in Clayton, NC. This is a dynamic role for someone who loves juggling multiple responsibilities and staying active throughout the day.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, process orders, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. In addition, you’ll jump in wherever the team needs support—whether that’s helping in the warehouse, assisting with inventory, making occasional deliveries, or tackling other tasks that help keep our operation running smoothly. • Experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for creating positive experiences
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
• Knowledge of HVAC or plumbing products is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to assist with warehouse duties and occasional deliveries
