Shift Supervisor

Join the CVS Health team as a Shift Supervisor and lead our retail store operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers and building loyalty to CVS/pharmacy.

Position Summary

A key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team, the Shift Supervisor drives store execution and performance, guides the crew when a manager or Operations Supervisor is absent, and oversees all opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions
  • Supervise store crew, assign duties, direct work flow, and follow up on daily activities.
  • Communicate effectively with store management and crews on operational matters.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, greet visitors, answer questions, resolve complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to company privacy policies.
  • Present and merchandise weekly, promotional, or seasonal displays, stock shelves, and execute off‑shelf merchandise.
  • Reset departments following POGs.
Required Qualifications
  • Deductive reasoning, analytical abilities, and computer skills.
  • Advanced communication and supervisory skills.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule that includes early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent store issues as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a retail supervisor.
Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred but not required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is $16.50–$24.00 per hour.
