Auto Zone’s store teams are the frontline of WOW! customer service, ensuring that customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs. Store employees maintain well-stocked inventory, assist customers with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance the shopping experience. They drive sales, maintain store operations, and foster a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures to keep store operations running smoothly.
• Process Orientation & Safety – Follow structured processes to complete tasks efficiently and adhere to company safety policies, using PPE as required.
• Product Knowledge & Installation Services – Stay up-to-date on automotive parts and tools; assist customers with installations such as wiper blades, batteries, and lights where appropriate.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Minimum Age: 18 years old to apply.
• Automotive Knowledge:
  Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

  Full-time availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Exceptional Communication:
  Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
• Automotive Retail:
  Previous experience in automotive retail.
• Certifications:
  
  Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
