• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
