Manufacturing Manager

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the Manufacturing Division, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.

• Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing employees.
• Manage schedules and assignments for staff.
• Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
• Ensure production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
• Ensure a healthy and safe working environment in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Assist with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and daily operations tasks.
• Identify and share training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills.
• Organize departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the VP of Finance on capital expenses and operation costs.
• Deliver progress and production reports to executive team members.
• Supervise equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing policies and practices.
• Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them effectively.
• Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.

• At least ten years of experience in manufacturing management.

On-site

This is a Permanent position based out of Clayton, NC.

The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00/yr.

401(k) and Roth to eligible employees with a 2% match; health insurance to eligible employees. This position qualifies for the Company’s plan. Blue Cross / Blue Shield; in addition, dental, long term / short disability, and life insurance available to qualified employees. You will be eligible for Paid Time Off: 3 weeks for this position plus 3 sick days for a total of 144 hours.

You will receive 11 paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s practices.

This is a fully onsite position in Clayton, NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Feb 5, 2026.
