Pay Rate
: $33.35 – 35.00/hr. with benefit inclusions
The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team onsite in Sanford, NC. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, create and manage requisitions, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates for primarily production and manufacturing roles. You will ensure all hiring and onboarding processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards.
This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume requisitions, and a commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with onsite HR and business partners to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post positions and manage requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct sourcing activities across various job boards and platforms (e.g., Indeed, Linked In).
- Perform initial phone screens and qualify candidates for next steps.
- Coordinate pre-employment steps such as drug screens and other onboarding activities.
- Extend offers to selected candidates and manage offer acceptance processes.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job fairs and targeted digital ads.
- Utilize Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management.
- Handle high-volume hiring, spending the majority of time on phone and candidate outreach.
- Collaborate with onsite and remote recruiters, coordinators, HR partners, and facility managers.
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and communicate heavily via chat and other digital tools.
- Maintain accuracy, compliance, and service excellence throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume recruiting.
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

- Candidate Sourcing: Ability to attract, identify, and qualify candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
- Staffing and Recruiting: Strong knowledge of recruiting processes, standards, and best practices for selecting and retaining top talent.
- Workforce Analytics: Ability to analyze workforce data and recruiting metrics to support business decisions.
- High-volume recruiting experience.
- Strong multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to recommend process improvements.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to work efficiently in web-based recruiting and HR applications.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Prior recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work within defined service levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
