Part‑Time Medical Assistant (PRN) – Clayton, NC

• Assist provider(s) in patient care to ensure optimal delivery of medical care.
• Triage patients promptly in line with clinic procedures for smooth workflow.
• Document vital signs, weight, and updates to patient medical history prior to each visit.
• Perform laboratory tests in compliance with clinical guidelines and provider instructions.
• Manage digital patient records and support transition from paper to electronic systems.
• Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Administer prescribed medications under provider supervision.
• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and procedures.
• Position patients for x‑rays following provider directives.
• Help monitor and manage medical inventory as needed.

• Main Street – Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.;
  Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• Kids Street – Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.;
  Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Kid Street Locations:
  Montgomery, Pelham, Gainesville, Mobile, Augusta, Tallahassee, Columbus, Valdosta, Savannah, Charlotte, Wake Forest, Greenville, Wilmington, Winston‑Salem.

PRN positions require flexible scheduling. Opportunities to travel to other clinics may be available.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Prior Medical Assisting experience or education is beneficial, but not required.

• Position begins at $15/hr.
