Job Description
- The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while partnering with business units to provide insights that drive business value.
- The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, investment analysis, and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making and operational performance.
- Ensure site operations align with the global finance strategy.
- Work on process optimization within business services and across the site.
- Drive automation initiatives within finance and procurement functions.
- Partner with business units to provide financial insights and create business value.
- Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data.
- Ensure business review agendas and materials are delivered on time with high quality.
- Manage the process of updating site goals and presenting status updates to senior leadership.
- Prepare the monthly management report for the site.
- Track, analyze, and forecast site KPIs.
- Conduct detailed analysis for management to clarify performance against goals and KPIs.
- Monitor KPI deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Lead preparation of investment project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Support and challenge investment projects to ensure strong financial business cases and governance.
- Participate in project meetings with project teams, senior leadership, and governance groups.
- Perform month-end financial processes and reporting.
- Provide support and backup for financial processes and audits.
- Consolidate investment data for financial reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation and customer service skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- MBA in Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum seven years of experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience with strategy deployment and long-term target planning.
- Proven experience in process improvement and problem solving.
- Ability to develop and manage action plans to achieve business targets.
