Financial Analyst

Job Description

• The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities while partnering with business units to provide insights that drive business value.
• The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, investment analysis, and financial reporting to support leadership decision-making and operational performance.

• Ensure site operations align with the global finance strategy.
• Work on process optimization within business services and across the site.
• Drive automation initiatives within finance and procurement functions.
• Partner with business units to provide financial insights and create business value.
• Analyze, budget, and forecast financial data.
• Ensure business review agendas and materials are delivered on time with high quality.
• Manage the process of updating site goals and presenting status updates to senior leadership.
• Prepare the monthly management report for the site.
• Track, analyze, and forecast site KPIs.
• Conduct detailed analysis for management to clarify performance against goals and KPIs.
• Monitor KPI deviations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Lead preparation of investment project budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Support and challenge investment projects to ensure strong financial business cases and governance.
• Participate in project meetings with project teams, senior leadership, and governance groups.
• Perform month-end financial processes and reporting.
• Provide support and backup for financial processes and audits.
• Consolidate investment data for financial reporting.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and customer service skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA in Logistics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum seven years of experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with strategy deployment and long-term target planning.
• Proven experience in process improvement and problem solving.
• Ability to develop and manage action plans to achieve business targets.
