Overview
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Greenfield expansion projects within Aseptic Pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role focuses on cross-functional coordination, interface management, and execution of capital projects from design through qualification.
Responsibilities- Manage cross-functional project execution across Facilities, Utilities, IT, and Maintenance
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and budgets
- Identify project gaps, risks, and mitigation plans; provide regular status updates
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment
- Lead capital project execution in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Manage change control, cost tracking, and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience with Greenfield or large capital projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of project controls (schedule, cost, risk)
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
